Current Communities

Conversation invites us to pause, listen, reflect, and discover new perspectives together.

Some of life's most meaningful insights don't come from finding the right answer. They emerge through listening deeply, asking thoughtful questions, and exploring ideas in the company of others.

Scott's communities bring together insights from cognitive science, mindfulness, contemplative traditions, and the Eight Limbs of Yoga through what he describes as a framework of relational capacities—practical human abilities such as awareness, reflection, emotional regulation, empathy, repair, connection, and mutuality that help us navigate our lives and relationships with greater intention.

Drawing on insights from neuroscience, neurodiversity, metacognition, yoga philosophy, and lived experience, each gathering invites curiosity, reflection, and meaningful conversation in a welcoming, inclusive environment.
